Bed and breakfast available by prior arrangement in autumn and spring - 3 bedrooms maximum.

50% of the total price must be paid on booking.
The remainder must be paid 8 weeks before the start of the holiday, together with a damages deposit of £300.

Should the number of people exceed the agreed number there may be a supplementary charge per person based on the number of nights involved.

Special rates will be arranged for smaller groups where three or fewer rooms are to be used.

Damages Deposit - £300
This sum must be paid with the final payment before the holiday starts and will be returned within a month of the end of the holiday subject to satisfactory inspection.

Cancellation
If a cancellation is made 12 weeks in advance of the start of the holiday any money paid will be returned in full, between 8 and 12 weeks half the deposit will be returned, after this point there will be no refund unless the holiday time is taken up by someone else.
